Oh Crap Situation 19: Friends 4ever…
You worked hard to get where you are. 3 years ago you decided you want to run a business with a friend - a translating business. This software automates localization (whoa!). In other words, it translates documents and software into any language within 95% accuracy. Pretty accurate, if you ask me.
Your friend really isn’t pulling his own weight. You stepped in and tried to encourage him to do a bit more, but he just gets offended and goes on defense. This has been going on for the past 4 months and it is starting to affect your work ethic/morale. At this point, it could also be affecting your business. How should you handle this? Should you worry more about your friendship or your business? Would it be possible to maintain both at this stage?
