Oh Crap Situation 20: Work Ethic
You opened up a sub sandwich-making franchise and you operate it locally. You have two employees who seemed like perfect candidates when they were first interviewed; but you can’t judge a book by its… interview. Customers are turned away because your employees act like they don’t want to work when you aren’t there (it’s like they are spreading hate on peoples’ subs!) - at least, that is what you hear. You have talked to them, but it only seems to be a temporary fix. Should you interview new employees or keep them there (to spare time for training)?
