Oh Crap Situation 26: Insomnia…

Sometimes it is hard to sleep. In fact, if you are not managing your time just right, you will find your sleep/work schedule has turned upside down. So you have pulled an all-nighter, it’s mid-afternoon, and you have to finish up your plans for the day before retiring to the bed. Unfortunately, you have an important meeting the next morning with some clients. You begin to worry about your own health. What’s the best way to catch up with sleep without losing too much time?
My Take: Sleep keeps the gears in your mind turning. It keeps you sane, it makes you feel better, and ultimately perform better. It is one of the most important parts of your day. Make sure you plan everything out to compensate for miscalculations in scheduling… expect the unexpected!
